These weren’t built in theory, they were shaped by real-world challenges, pressure-tested in live campaigns, and refined in collaboration with teams on the front lines of digital narrative warfare. At the center is The Digital Journey™, a proprietary, multifactor-informed framework that maps how people move through digital environments when exposed to disinformation. It connects behavioral triggers, narrative flow, and platform signals into a strategic system for both proactive and reactive interventions.These frameworks have been applied and proven in some of the most high-stakes fights in recent history, guiding coalitions, communications hubs, and campaigns as they planned messaging, intercepted harmful content, and deployed narratives at speed. Britt Bischoff Strategies has built national playbooks, roadmaps, trainings, and messaging systems that are now used across the progressive landscape and disinformation defense. We've led interventions for campaigns and coalitions across the country, created toolkits that continue to inform strategy today, and trained teams on original methods designed to meet the unique challenges of of modern influence operations and digital information wars. In 2023, BBS developed Early Dawn, an AI-powered research and narrative analysis tool used by state and national teams to anticipate, identify, and respond to evolving emerging threats. The tool was honored at the 2025 Reed Awards and continues to support strategic decisions in real time.
